Is your schoolbag too heavy to carry The e-schoolbag will help you.

It is said that e-schoolbags are going into Chinese middle schools soon. In fact (事实上), the e-schoolbag should perhaps be called an e-textbook. It is a small computer for students. Wetlands ! Valuable Resources on the Earth

There are many wetlands in China and some of them have become the world's important wetlands. The Chinese Yellow Sea Wetlands are among them. They are in Yancheng, Jiangsu Province. They are home for many different kinds of animals. The world's largest Milu Deer Nature Reserve is in them. More than 700 Milu deer live freely there. There are not many red-crowned cranes in the world, but every winter you can see some in the Red-crowned Crane Nature Reserve in the Yellow Sea Wetlands.

The temperature in the wetlands is usually neither too high nor too low. There us a lot of rain and sunshine , too. They are really good places for wildlife. Offering(提供) food and home for some special kinds of animals is not the only reason why we need to protect wetlands. Wetlands are important because they also prevent flood. But some people want to change the wetlands to make more space for farms and less space for wildlife.

Three Taiwanese fishermen were saved yesterday from a small island(岛屿)in the South

 Pacific.The three men disappeared for more than three months.

Music is not air.Neither is water.But for many students,music is an important and enjoyable Dart of life.This can be shown from the survey(问卷调查)on students’opinions about music.

    Nearly 10,000 students answer the survey. More than half,52 percent say that they listen to music whenever they are free.Just 0.5 percent of the students say they never listen to music.But the survey shows that students have very different tastes and enjoy a number of styles.

    About 32 percent of the students listen to pop music.Behind pop came R&B(28 percent),

country(14 percent),and jazz(9 percent),Hip-hop(7 percent).

    Only about 10 percent are Rock“n”roll fans who say that the exciting rhythm(节奏)has

the power that takes their minds off school work and exams. TV and movies are the main ways that the students hear new songs or music.46 percent of students say they are affected(影响)by music played on TV or in films.Friends (21 percent)and radio(t19 percent)also play an important part in introducing music to students.

    Parents have the least effect on students’tastes and do not enjoy the same music.Just three

    After a serious earthquake happened, a father left his wife safely at home and rushed to his

 son’s school,only to find that the building where his son studied had co1lapsed and looked like
